1. Booking Process:
Individuals and groups can book 1-day tours or multi-day tours through our online booking platform available on our website.
Once you have selected your desired tour, you will proceed to the booking page where you will be required to provide necessary information for booking confirmation.
2. Payment Options:
We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.
All transactions are processed in the currency specified on the website at the time of booking.
3. Reservation Confirmation:
Your reservation is confirmed only upon successful payment.
Upon completion of the payment process, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details and itinerary.
4. Payment Schedule:
For 1-day tours: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
For multi-day tours: A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before the tour departure date. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Pricing and Taxes:
Tour prices listed on our website are inclusive of all taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
Any additional services or purchases made during the tour are not included in the tour price and will be charged separately.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made by the traveler are subject to our cancellation policy, which may vary depending on the type of tour booked and the time of cancellation.
(Your scheduled tours are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, causing schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your tour, we respectfully request a 3-week notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made 2-weeks will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 50% of the total cost. Any cancellation or reschedule made 1-week will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 100% of the total cost.
Group Cancellations: 45 days prior to arrival free cancelation anything less than 45 days are subject to cancellation fees.)
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
